Sam likes the variety, uniqueness and artistry of each project, loves problem solving and enjoys meeting lots of people through his work.  He enjoys taking projects from inception to completion, and although his office is equipped with computers and up-to-date software, he still likes drawing preliminary sketches the old-fashioned way--by hand!

Lorie handles all of the company's financial transactions, including bookkeeping, billing, payroll, insurance, taxes, etc.  Lorie also maintains all of the company files and receipts and orders stationery and supplies.  She enjoys handling the finances--her job is clear-cut, and she has been part of the business since her husband Samuel Sinnott was in college.  Lorie is a fan of the company's quality work, sits on Menlo Park's City Planning Commission, and is knowledgeable of architectural styles and building practices in the area.  She is also a licensed marriage, family, and child counselor, which can come in handy with disgruntled clients.

Ivona has many years of international experience in the architectural field, in Poland, Canada, and the United States.  She received her Polish Architectural License in 1982.  She enjoys getting involved in projects from beginning to end, from surveying the site through design development to preparing the working drawings using AutoCad©.  She also enjoys interior and landscape design.

Michael has over nine years of experience in the architectural field.  He works on construction documents, performs quality control, does most of the cost estimating on construction projects, and schedules projects.  He also interfaces with subcontractors and project supervisors and coordinates drawings with job sites.  Michael orders the necessary supplies for each project, and also draws plans using AutoCAD©.

Thi has over seven years of experience in the architectural field.  Thi works on construction documents and interior design using AutoCAD©.  He surveys the site before every project, and enjoys developing schematic designs and later seeing the finished product.  Thi is in the process of becoming a licensed architect.
