Laurence Whitehead

Licensed General Contractor |
| |
Experienced in all residential construction trades |
| |
Certificate in Construction Management, San Jose State University |

B.A., Psychology, University of California at Davis |
| |
With Sinnott & Company since 1985 |
With construction experience dating back to 1977, Laurence is very well qualified for his job of scheduling projects and interfacing with clients, design staff, construction staff, vendors, and subcontractors. When problems arise, Laurence works with all parties to develop solutions, honoring the integrity of the original design as much as possible; this works best on projects where familiar Sinnott & Company staff handle both design and construction. He often generates architectural details in the field. Laurence enjoys working with the company's carpenters on finish work, where their skill and attention to detail really shine. At the end of construction, it is the quality of the finished work that the client lives with and remembers.
